the assignment:

EUG asked us to create a name and concept for their new lto item, an omelet bowl.

All the deliciousness of an omelet, but a whole lot easier on the fork. 

This concept explains the positives of a less pretentious breakfast, while highlighting it's "nom nom" appeal.
